Describing a Room ( by Synsia )

This is a working room of a gardener. When you enter the room, there is a rake and shovel along the left wall. A rubbish bin on the floor is next to a workbench. Above the workbench, there are some tools hanging on the wall, including an electric drill, a pair of scissors, a saw, and a hammer. There is a light on the ceiling. On the back wall, there are two three-tier cabinets along it. Some batteries and paints are in these cabinets. In front of the cabinets, there is a lawn mower and a bag of fertilizer on the floor. Overall, tools are complete with nothing missing for a gardener in this room.

The Limousine ( by Synsia )

The limousine was quite luxurious. The color of it was polished black and it had six doors. The inside of the limousine was spacious and comfortable. There were a bathroom, a bedroom, a living room, and a bar in it. All the seats were made of leather and TVs were liquid crystal. Everything was managed by a remote control. It also had a pair of modern audios. Besides, there was a small refrigerator under the TV. It had a big skylight which I could open. I could do everything in the limousine and our ride was comfortable.

An Office Of An Important Businessman(by Mindy)

This is a luxurious office of an important businessman. It has a good view,
elegant furniture, and well-arranged shelves. In front of the office is a view
of many tall buildings out of the window. Graceful curtains are hanging on top
of window. Next to the window, there are elegant office furniture. One big
comfortable-looking office chair is in the front, a large dark brown desk with
a golden outline is in the back. On the desk, there are four pens on the left
and a classic telephone on the right. Next to the desk, there are two big cozy
chairs facing each other on the red round rug.There are folders on the shelf.
Along the left wall are neatly arranged by size. I am aware that he is very
careful and accurate person after looking around his office.

Farmers shouldn't use the chemical ractopamine on pork for three reasons. First of all, in my view, the government should protect their people from health damge. If our government allows imported American pork with ractopamine, they just concern about American politicians and forget about their people. Second , everyone knows that many cattle farmers are greedy. If they can use chemicals to make their merchandises better, they will abandon their consciense and inject or feed their cattle with ractopamine. According to Taipei Times, the main reason why they use chemicals is that consumers can't distinguish poisoned pork and natural pork.Third, administrators of agriculture always mis-detect meats with chemicals. We can always read some news about how some poisoned meat slip into restaurants and markets. If our government doesn't ban ractopamine, we always take risks when eating poisoned pork or beef. In summary, because of the three reasons discussed above, farmers shouldn't use the chemical ractopamine in pork.

The Ideal Wife (by Dennis)

I need a wife to help me to look after my job and family. The ideal wife should have three characters for me.
First, my ideal wife should be independent. Iam an international business manager, so my wife has to look after my family and our house by herself. She needs to deal with every housework very well.
Second, my ideal wife should have a warm heart. A humourous woman is so charming for everyone. If she also has a friendly personality, she will enjoy making friends and has good relationships with my business partners. Ineed my wife to deal with my relationship to my colleagus.
Third, my ideal wife should have some useful skills for me. She has to know financial skills to analyze my financial problems such as my cost account, investments and economical issues. She should know communication skills to be my secretary. I need a reliable secretary to help me to negotiate with my clients and suppliers.

Expressing Opinions (by Penny)

In my opinions, farmers shouldn't use the chemical ractopamine on pork for three reasons. First of all, it's harmful for human body. According to the Taipei Times, it can cause some symptoms such as racing heartbeat, dizzines,...,etc. Moreover, more people will die after eating the pork with chemical. Next, I think that it's a trend of the world. For example, there are more than 160 countries which ban the chemical, so farmers can't use the chemical on fruits and vegetables anymore. In my views, the pig and cattle farmers should also do it. Lastly, it's no benefit for a long period. In fact, the human body can't clear these chemical and it will still be in the body. That will result in more potential damages such as diseases, and social problems. Moreover, the government shouldn't accept the pressure from other countries. The public welfare is more important than the government's face.
In conclusion, because of the three reasons discussed above, farmers shouldn't use the chemical ractopamine on pork.
